- 12V Red independent lamp in the #1 (top) position is wired to terminals (#7) and (#8) and illuminates independently of actuator position.
- An independent lamp has both a positive and negative terminal as opposed to the standard switches that just have a negative terminal. Independent lamps can be lit independently of the actuator position as opposed to standard "dependent" lamps that get their power internally when the actuator moves to the "on" position
- 4 terminal; Terminal #7 is the ground for the lamps, Terminal #8 is the power feed for the red independent lamp in position 1. Terminal #2 is power in. Terminal #3 is power out.
- This particular switch has plastic barriers between the terminals. The "A" in the 3rd position of the part # indicates the presence of barriers. A "1" in that position indicates no barriers.
