Return policy

Subject to the following conditions, Flounder Pounder Marine will issue refunds or credits on products returned in their original packaging and undamaged if received WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS

  • Orders may be canceled by calling us by 3pm eastern time on the day the order was placed. A cancellation after the order is shipped is considered a return, and subject to the restocking fees outlined below.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns under $75 and a 10% restocking fee on items over $75. 
  • No refunds on installed electrical items. We test all electrical parts, gauges, and equipment for proper operation prior to shipping.
  • No refunds on cut-lengths of product, special order items, “sale” or “liquidation” items.
  • Shipping Costs are not refundable.
  • Errors on our part will be taken care of at no cost to you.

Shipping policy


  • Shipping insurance is automatically added to any parts over $400.
  • FP Marine reserves the right to contract with any carrier that we deem appropriate for a shipment.
  • FP Marine will assist in damaged or "lost item" shipping claims. 
  • Shipping terms are FOB- FP Marine warehouse
  • We make every attempt at combining items into single shipments​ to save shipping costs.
  • All International Shipments are shipped via FedEx Express
  • Customer is responsible for all duties, Customs fees, taxes, and other charges imposed by the receiving country. Please check with your local FedEx office for an exact breakdown of the additional charges
