FUll Time Customer Service Rep

Must be a boater and have experience working on, in, and around boats. Looking for a mechanically inclined individual with exceptional communications skills. College level communications training preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate should vibrant and energetic with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

You will be communicating with service managers, parts managers, and technicians at major boat dealerships and service companies worldwide. You will also be coaching individual boat owners on the use and installation of a wide range of products including instrument panels, electrical components, hardware, plumbing, and many other systems.

Other duties Include, but not limited to:

  1. Engage with customers in a lively and enthusiastic manner via phone and email.
  2. Create a positive and memorable experience for customers through energetic communication and problem-solving.
  3. Proactively address customer needs, offering solutions with a cheerful and upbeat attitude.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a fun and supportive work environment.
  5. Use creativity to find personalized solutions for customers, turning challenges into opportunities.
  6. Embrace and embody the brand's youthful and energetic identity in all customer interactions.


Electrical Assembly Technician ($14 - $16/hr)

Entry level position, we are looking for work ethic, great positive attitude.This is full time position, mechanically inclined, familiarity with DC electrical systems helpful but not required. You must be good with your hands and hand tools. Critical thinker, strive for improvement in processes. neat, organized and efficient

Key Responsibilities

  1. Read and interpret electrical technical drawings to assemble electrical components and systems.
  2. Perform electrical assembly tasks, including wiring, soldering, and connecting components according to specifications.
  3. Install and mount electrical hardware, panels, and devices in accordance with engineering instructions.
  4. Test and troubleshoot assembled electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and identify and resolve any issues.
  5. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to address design or manufacturing concerns and
    implement improvements.
  6. Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, configurations, and any modifications made during the assembly.
  7. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
