  • We offer a complete door track set for most boats with SINGLE sliding cabin entry door from the mid 1990's and newer which consists of the following:

    • BOTTOM TRACK - 1 piece cut to customer specified length. We use aluminum track for durability. This is the same aluminum extrusion as our top track but there is a 1/8" shim included to achieve the height of your original bottom track.
    • TOP TRACK - 1 piece cut to customer specified length. We use aluminum track for durability
    • BOTTOM TRAIN - (this is the piece that attaches to the bottom of the slider door) customer specifies whether it is center train or offset train (see pictures for example) Our kit includes 1 piece, customer specified length.
    • TRUCKS - 4 pieces, usually 2 -23mm (A) trucks for the bottom track and 2-25mm (B) trucks for the top track. (This can vary) The truck measurement is overall height.
    • HARDWARE:
    • (4) #10-24 x 1" screws for the 2 top roller trucks
    • (2) #10-24 x 1" screws for the 2 bottom roller trucks
    • (3) #10-24 x 1/2" screws for the lower train piece (some doors will only need 2 of this screw)
    • (3) #10-24 x 3/8" Barrel nuts for the lower train piece(some doors will only need 2 of this nut)

OUR KIT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SCREWS NEEDED TO MOUNT THE TRACK TO THE DECK OF THE BOAT ITSELF

  • We always recommend replacing your entire track set when making repairs. It is an involved job to disassemble the entire door assembly and not something you will want to do again.

If your wheels do not have ball bearings, they are a different size and your entire trackset will need to be replaced. The old style wheels and tracks are no longer available.
